Office Space for Rent in HaArba'a Towers: Everything You Need to Know
HaArba'a Towers, developed by the Hagag Group, are two adjacent towers on HaArba'a Street in Tel Aviv, right next to the Sarona complex. The southern tower rises 38 floors, the northern one 35. Completed in 2017, they have since become a sought-after address for a wide range of companies. If you're looking for office space in Tel Aviv around Sarona, you've probably already heard of this address.
What sets HaArba'a apart is the tenant mix. Unlike towers such as Azrieli Sarona or Landmark, which are filled mostly with large tech companies, here you'll also find law firms, embassies, accounting firms, and small startups alongside larger companies. The relatively small floor plates (~1,200 sqm) make that possible.
Sizes & Prices
A typical floor is about 1,200 sqm, a size that works both for a 40-60 person company taking a full floor and for a smaller firm taking half a floor. There's a flexibility here you won't find in towers with 2,400 sqm floor plates.
As of writing, prices run around 160-190 ILS/sqm. That's competitive for the Sarona area, especially compared to Azrieli Sarona or Landmark, which sit right next door and cost more.
| Detail | Info |
|---|---|
| Floor plate | ~1,200 sqm |
| Price | 160-190 ILS/sqm |
| Towers | 2 (northern 35 floors, southern 38 floors) |

Tip: Management fees here run around 18-19 ILS/sqm. Make sure you know exactly what's included before signing.

Location & Transit
The towers sit at the corner of HaArba'a and HaHashmonaim streets, immediately adjacent to the Sarona Market complex and Piazza Givon. The location is central yet slightly quieter than Begin itself, which some tenants actually prefer.
Public transit
HaShalom train station is about a ten-minute walk away. Not right on the doorstep like at ToHa, but still reasonable. The light rail runs through the area and improves accessibility. Bus lines run along Begin and Kaplan.
There's an underground parking garage on site, plus nearby public garages and paid street parking. The area is congested at peak hours, but for employees arriving by train or bus it works well.
What's nearby
Sarona Market and Sarona Park are right there. TLV Fashion Mall is adjacent. Restaurants, cafes, the Tel Aviv Cinematheque, all within walking distance. Inside the building itself there's a cafe with direct lobby access and a retail floor with restaurants.
The Building & Architecture
The towers were designed by architect Moshe Tzur. The design stands out on the Tel Aviv skyline, with diagonal lines that give the towers a different look from every angle.
One thing that makes HaArba'a unique: Hagag offered buyers design freedom that included the option to build offices spanning more than one floor, with double-height spaces, internal staircases, and private elevators. Several firms took advantage of this and created distinctive complexes within the building.
Lobby & shared spaces
A grand lobby with a high ceiling, staffed reception desk, and business lounge. Parts of the tower were designed with inspiration from Italian designer Giorgio Armani, giving it a feel unlike typical office towers.
Services & Amenities
24/7 security
Gym in the tower
High-level professional management
Cafes and restaurants in the building
Underground parking, guest parking, high-standard management services. The building is fully accessible. Lobby with security guard and reception desk. 24/7 office access.
Tenant Companies & Mix
This may be the most interesting thing about HaArba'a. The mix here is diverse in a way you won't find in many of Tel Aviv's new towers.
Notable tenants include Melio, Partners & Co, Rafael, DoorLoop, Duda Mobile, Planck, and McKinsey. Alongside them sit law firms, embassies, accounting offices, and small startups.
The advantage of this mix: if you're a small-to-medium company that wants a prestigious address in the Sarona area without paying Azrieli Sarona prices, HaArba'a is a serious option. The smaller floor plates let you move in with 300-600 sqm without paying for space you don't need.
On the other hand, a company looking for a full 2,000+ sqm floor will need to look at other towers in the area.
