Office Space for Rent in the Azrieli Towers: Everything You Need to Know
The Azrieli towers are probably the most recognizable address in Israel. Three towers, Round, Triangular, and Square, with a huge mall at the base and HaShalom train station directly underneath. It's not the newest building in Tel Aviv, but there's a reason companies keep choosing it: location, accessibility, and the name. If you're looking for office space in Tel Aviv at the Azrieli Center, you've probably already heard of this address.
Floor plates here are 1,400-1,500 sqm (depending on the tower). Not the largest in the market, but enough for most companies. What really sells here is that you're on the train, on the mall, on everything. An employee arriving by train steps off the platform and into the elevator.
The Three Towers at a Glance
The Round tower (49 floors), the Triangular (46 floors), and the Square (42 floors). Each has a slightly different character in floor plate and finish. The Triangular tower was renovated in recent years, and Rapyd recently leased 15 floors in it.
Prices
Prices vary considerably between the towers and between floors. Expect to pay around Tel Aviv market price for a high-grade building. Management fees include access to the mall and all its services.

Location & Transit
Accessibility is the biggest advantage. HaShalom train station sits directly beneath the towers, with a direct entrance from the mall. The light rail passes here. Dozens of bus lines. The HaShalom interchange on the Ayalon is right there. No address in all of Tel Aviv is better connected.
Parking in an underground garage. Ben Gurion Airport is about 20 minutes by car.
What's nearby
The Azrieli Mall with 3 retail floors right below. Restaurants, banks, a supermarket, pharmacies, everything you need without leaving the complex. The Midtown towers and Sarona are within walking distance.
The Three Towers
Each tower is slightly different. The Round is the tallest at 49 floors. The Triangular, at 46 floors, has been renovated and modernized, and Rapyd recently leased significant space in it. The Square, at 42 floors, is the smallest of the three.
The towers aren't new, but they're maintained to a high standard. The Azrieli Group invests in ongoing upgrades. Anyone coming from a new building will notice a difference in finish, but the location and accessibility make up for it.

The best accessibility in Tel Aviv
The most recognized address in Israel
24/7 security, parking garage, round-the-clock access. The mall's facilities are available to everyone working in the towers. Restaurants, shops, services, all without leaving the complex.
Who's in the Towers
Notable tenants include Rapyd (15 floors in the Triangular tower), Lusha, Elbit, Deloitte, Proofpoint, SAP, and Axonius. A mix of large firms, tech companies, and professional services.
The Azrieli towers suit companies that want the most recognized address in Israel, maximum public transit accessibility, and an entire mall underneath. If you're looking for a newer, shinier building, you'll find it in Sarona. But if location and accessibility come first, Azrieli is still at the top of the list.
