Sizes & Prices
Azrieli Sarona is the flagship tower of the Azrieli Group, and one of the most sought-after addresses in Israel. 61 floors, approximately 130,000 sqm of offices, with floor plates of ~2,400 sqm — nearly double the Tel Aviv average.
Prices as of writing: 180–200 ILS/sqm for finished space. Higher floors with views command more. Management fees are additional. The building primarily suits companies that need large, contiguous space — most deals are for half-floors or full floors.

Location, Transit & Surroundings
On Menachem Begin boulevard, within the Sarona complex. Adjacent to Sarona Market and Sarona Park, the Cinematheque, and dozens of restaurants. The light rail runs nearby, and the tower is connected to the Lova Eliav underground route linking all Sarona parking.
Public transit
Light rail stop within walking distance. Multiple bus lines. HaShalom train station station accessible. Easy Ayalon access. Despite not having a train station below (unlike Azrieli Center), accessibility is excellent in all directions.
Parking
Parking in the Sarona complex is expensive and congested during peak hours. Most companies here negotiate a parking budget as part of the lease. Employees who commute by train, light rail, or bicycle avoid this entirely.
Employee amenities
Sarona Market below (50+ restaurants and cafes), Sarona Park for outdoor breaks, rooftop terrace on upper floors, concierge services, on-site gym. One of the best amenity packages of any office building in Israel.
The Building
Azrieli Sarona is characterized by its diamond-shaped glass facade — a deliberate architectural statement from the Azrieli Group's signature style. The ~2,400 sqm floor plates are divisible, allowing half-floor leases with independent lobby access from the elevator core.
The tower features a dramatic lobby, high-speed elevators, floor-to-ceiling windows, and views of Tel Aviv and the sea from upper floors. Building management is handled directly by the Azrieli Group — one of the most professional landlords in Israel.
What makes it different
Most office towers in Tel Aviv have floor plates of 800–1,200 sqm. At 2,400 sqm, Azrieli Sarona lets a company of 150–200 people sit on a single floor rather than splitting across multiple levels. For companies that place value on a unified culture and spontaneous collaboration, this matters.
Green Building & Sustainability
LEED Platinum — the highest certification level. Advanced building management systems, energy-efficient HVAC, greywater recycling, EV charging, green roof. For companies with sustainability mandates or investor ESG requirements, this is a real differentiator.
Who's in the Building
The tenant list at Azrieli Sarona reads like a directory of global tech in Israel: Amazon, Salesforce, Unity (formerly ironSource), Riverside, EON, Nuvei, and Pagaya.
The building's reputation is self-reinforcing: once Amazon and Salesforce are in a building, it signals something to the market. For a company that wants the strongest possible signal about where it sits in the ecosystem — this is it.
Who It Suits — and Who It Doesn't
Ideal for: Large tech companies (100+ employees) that need contiguous space. International companies establishing or expanding an Israeli presence. Companies where brand address is a material factor in talent attraction. Companies with sustainability reporting requirements.
Less ideal for: Companies under 50 people (floor plates are too large, price hard to justify). Companies on a strict budget — 180–200 ILS/sqm is at the top of the Tel Aviv market. Companies that prioritize Ayalon or train access over proximity to Sarona Market.
